Morning Message of Motivation
By Rev. Robert Ampiah-Kwofi
These rights and privileges belong to the firstborn because it is his family inheritance.
He doesn’t have to do anything to earn these blessings.
He has all these privileges as a birthright because he is the firstborn.
Hebrews 12:23 NKJV
“To the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect.”
Every member of the Body of Christ is a firstborn to God.
He inherits a unique set of rights and privileges by reason of his spiritual New Birth.
Romans 8:17 NIV
“Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.”
We must acknowledge all the good things that are real in our lives because we are in Christ.
Philemon 1:6 NKJV
“That the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
So many great things are legally yours as your birthright because you are in Christ.
All these things become vitally and practically yours as you acknowledge them.
You must confess them to be yours.
Psalms 107:2 NKJV
“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,
Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy,”
May all you possess in Christ become real to you.
May your confidence grow in Christ.
May you gain great strength in God, in Jesus’ name.
