Noah and his Prophetic Fulfillment 3
By Rev. Robert Ampiah-Kwofi
Noah kept checking until he was sure the ground was really dry.
However he remained in the Ark until God instructed him to leave the Ark.
Genesis 8:15-16 NIV
“Then God said to Noah, “Come out of the ark, you and your wife and your sons and their wives.”
Noah walked by the instructions of God just as his great grandfather Enoch had walked with God.
God had a purpose for all the creatures saved by the Ark.
Genesis 8:17 NKJV
“Bring out with you every living thing of all flesh that is with you: birds and cattle and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, so that they may abound on the earth, and be fruitful and multiply on the earth.”
Every saved creature was to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. Noah obeyed.
Genesis 8:18 NKJV
“So Noah went out, and his sons and his wife and his sons’ wives with him.”
All the various animals and birds who had been saved also came out of the Ark.
Noah and his family came out after a year in the Ark.
He went into the Ark at 600 years of age.
Genesis 7:11 NKJV
“In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.”
The earth dried up in his 601st year.
Genesis 8:13a NKJV
“And it came to pass in the six hundred and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, that the waters were dried up from the earth.”
He came out of the Ark in the second month of his 601st year.
Genesis 8:14-16a NKJV
“And in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day of the month, the earth was dried. Then God spoke to Noah, saying, “Go out of the ark”
Noah emerged from the Ark to fulfill his prophecy.
May you work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
May you fulfill your prophecy, in Jesus’ name.
