Noah and his Prophetic Fulfillment 5
By Rev Robert Ampiah-Kwofi
Noah had a set of unique qualities that empowered him to fulfill his prophecy.
The fulfillment of a prophecy has a lot to do with the attitude of the recipient of the prophecy.
Hebrews 6:12 NIV
“We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.”
Noah was a family man.
He was the first preacher to win the obedience of all of his family.
Genesis 7:7 NKJV
“And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.”
Noah was a righteous man.
Genesis 7:1 NKJV
“Then the Lord said to Noah, “Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation.”
Noah was a man of faith.
Hebrews 11:7 NKJV
“By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.”
Noah was a preacher of righteousness.
2 Peter 2:5 NKJV
“And did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly.”
Noah walked with God.
Noah obeyed God fully.
Genesis 6:9 NKJV
“This is the genealogy of Noah.
Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God.”
Noah had divine favour.
Genesis 6:8 NIV
“But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.”
Noah could hear God’s voice.
Genesis 6:13-14a NKJV
“And God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth. Make yourself an ark of gopherwood;”
May you be filled with faith and patience.
May you be full of all the virtues that will produce the manifestation of your prophecy.
May your prophecy be fulfilled in Jesus’ name.
